About BOOKER AND COMPANY
Our Experience
After nearly 30 years working in a variety of industries, founder Satonya Booker went back to her roots: training others.
Satonya first discovered an interest in examining and operationalizing connectedness and its role in organizational improvement while studying business at St. Louis University in Missouri. She quickly changed her emphasis from Accounting to Personnel and Industrial Relations.
Following graduation, Booker developed and executed corporate and government agency training programs, performed data analysis, implemented multinational purchasing programs, and led business development teams in various industries, all while maintaining her business consulting ties. After a stint in the non-profit development arena, she formed her own consulting firm, Booker and Company.
